Tip Top is now interned in our new space in the former Immigration and Naturalization Building (INS) on the south edge of the International District! The building was purchased and renamed INScape Arts in 2009, and its new inmates are artists of every kind! You'll love it here. We're even open on first Thursdays.
There is a load zone in front of the building on Seattle Blvd South for pick-up and drop-off. Also, you can find free 2-hour parking on 6th Ave South, just around the corner.
